market, today announced that Avocent Corporation (NASDAQ/NM: AVCT), has signed
a Strategic Partnership Agreement and has purchased a substantial minority
equity position in the company. The new Strategic Agreement establishes the
sharing of technology and other expertise, as well as authorizes Avocent
to sell Rymic's line of rymicNET remote
monitoring and control products in the computer, server and data center management
markets.

Extends Reach Of Internet-Based Remote Monitoring and Control (PDF,

Rymic Systems, an early entrant in the fast growing remote asset management
market, today announced the release of a wireless personality module for
their rymicNET Remote Monitoring Device. The new wireless module, manufactured
by Enfora, Plano, Texas as part of a new OEM partnership agreement, connects
to an expansion board on the existing rymicNET board stack, all of which
is contained within rymicNET's small, rugged enclosure.

Rymic Systems, an early entrant in the fast growing remote asset management
market, today announced they have expanded their market coverage to include
Canada and have entered into a distribution agreement with Integrys, Mississauga,
Ontario. Integrys will market and sell Rymic's rymicNET family of Internet-enabled
remote monitoring and control products throughout Canada.
